It was clear the pain he is experiencing is coming from strained muscles. The fact this has not been identified led to a decreasing functional level. The lack of function causes the muscles to weaken further making them more susceptible to straining when he does try to perform activity. He was a prisoner of something that simply could have been avoided if identified 30 years ago.

Almost anybody being treated by the medical establishment who has been told that their pain is from a structural abnormality at the spine simply because an MRI found the abnormality at the time of the pain is being lied to. The medical establishment will sustain this lie and will have you endure failed treatment after treatment as long as you are willing to accept this. You have to be smarter and realize the medical establishment makes no attempt to understand symptoms; period. This is why chronic pain exists and will exist indefinitely as long as those being treated accept a baseless promotion.

When you simply can't take it anymore and you have decided the time for a change has arrived, it is time to get the Yass Method. It is the only method I am aware of that interprets the body's presentation of symptoms to determine the tissue creating those very symptoms. In more than 98% of cases, the cause is muscular. This allows for a quick and effective resolution through the use of Yass Method strength training exercises.

Today can be the first day of the rest of your life pain-free and fully functional. Get the Yass Method.
