Spacing and formatting blamed for Board of State Canvassers' refusal to place RFFA on the ballot

Last week, we were at the Board of State Canvassers meeting when members deadlocked over the closely watched Reproductive Freedom for All ballot initiative– that’s the initiative that would enshrine reproductive rights, including the right to an abortion, in Michigan’s constitution.
