If we missed you at "Path to Indemnity", don't fret, you can catch us at "Mend the Fracture" in Chicago, at the elegant Trump International Hotel and towers on November 11-12 of 2022. We will have condensed 4 day camp, 7010, then the conference. Two full days of education on what we have found to be the best methods to #ProtectTheInsured.

That takes every single legal, honest, and ethical advocate that works to that end.

This is usually begins and ends with the most vilified of the bunch... the contractor/roofer. It is time that world understood how that vilification occurred.

It was not by accident.

They were the first and last line of defense.

Still are on roughly 95%, and that is a conservative number, of all claims. It was done my process, like all large changes are.

As the old adage goes.

Remove a link from the dogs chain one at a time, over a period of time, and before the dog knows it, the dog is at the spike without ever understanding how it got there.

Risk managers possess all that data that would tell them the best methods of profit...

As we all know, for big corporations and many politicians, the law is not really the law...

Put another way.

Everything is legal, for a price...

All they had to really do, was take a whole bunch of Alphas, and divide them into groups that would fight themselves before they fought anyone else, for a claim, that when the books are done... were very lucky to break even.

Then, they began to move the goal post. It is very hard to train for a goal post that is continually moving.

This causes the proverbial "poo on the wall" system of hey, we have no clue what they will or won't pay... so let us throw all the "poo" and let them pick what sticks...

If this conversation interests you, I suggest you see us in Chicago, then we will more than likely see you at camp, or "Path to Indemnity 2023, May 17-19 on our lovely Galveston Island. Until then... #KeepMovingForward!
