I want to welcome you to the channel! I am an experienced Youtuber and have another channel that has absolutely nothing to do with cooking. On this channel I want to focus on getting you over your fear of cooking and show you some simple techniques and skills that will make you a rock star in the kitchen. I will go over kitchen fundamentals, kitchen gear and gadgets as well a cooking techniques that will make you a better cook.

I have been a chef for over 20 years now both professionally and privately. I have won various awards for some of my recipes in cooking competitions around my area. I am NOT here to make you a chef. My goal is to show you some tips and tricks in addition to some great recipes that you will not only enjoy making, but will wow your guests and family!
