Marked Headlights and Limo Black windows and even some windshields east of Grande Prairie, Alberta

All day there were thousands of these vehicles that I first saw in BC last November. In March they came around Edmonton. My trips around western Canada this last 10 months shows that they are everywhere now. Before then, headlights were pretty boring, but now vehicles have LIMO black front side windows and all around with even some windshields tinted limo black. The sheriffs said that they won't pull someone over for just windows, but if they pull them over for something else they may write a ticket, but these vehicles never speed. Because of the truck I am driving, he put in some LED lights and I think some of them think I am one of them because they flash their signals at me. It's NOT a mistake, it's been happening for months and there are no turns and no lane changes and its now been hundreds of times. Often they are flashing to each other. On Friday night in Edmonton I drove into the west end, then downtown, then over to the east side, they were EVERYWHERE, driving in groups, all with marked headlights. This means they have either a single light, or single fog light, or fog lights in a strange position, or an extra single light, or three ambers on top, sometimes 4. Now there may be the odd person who thought it looked cool and did it themselves, but I saw them come in March, before that headlights were boring. Now now one is really bright or there are different combinations, they appear to be mostly young people, both men and women, these are the ones I've been able to see, that don't have the extreme dark windows. In those I suspect it's the C C P, AKA - Chinese Communist Party. Canadian "leaders" have been selling our land to them for years, when we can't buy any of their land. I believe they are brining in heavy equipment from the north, along the Alaska highway and highways up to the NWT, Yellowknife and Whitehorse. I used to see flat spots in the grass along the highway, but now they keep the grass very short, not normal to have such short grass all the time. It's too bad the video is not clearer but it's not easy to get these images. I am pretty much done taking images now. I will also post a video of the Friday night vehicles.
