Judge agrees to name special master to review items seized in Trump search

A federal judge in Florida has approved Donald Trump's request for a special master, or independent party, to review the records taken by the FBI in its search of Mar-a-Lago in August. Chief election and campaign correspondent Robert Costa reports from Washington.
