Texas: Uvalde students return to school after massacre

More than 100 days after the shooting, Uvalde district students are returning to school for their first days back this year. The children from Robb Elementary will not be returning to Robb, however, these students have either opted to do private schooling or virtual learning this year. Many others who are attending classes are now spread throughout the district today on their first day back in a new school and environment. Security for all district students of Uvalde has been greatly enhanced due to the fear left over from the tragic events that took place in Uvalde last spring. Many of the teachers and parents of school children are, "more worried than usual," today.
