1 - You must take accountability for your situation and learn what works best for you. No
one can fix you except yourself.
2 - You need to stop picking the scab.You can’t fix yourself until you address the main issue
causing your pain.. If you keep doing movements that are causing stress to your back you’ll
never fix it.
3 – You must Improve your movement quality and strengthen your stabilizing muscles. The
best way to start is to focus on core stability rather than movement.
