How To Receive the Fullness of God

The Gospel of John says "of His (Jesus') fullness, we have all received..." (John 1:16). But have YOU received the FULLNESS of God? I know I haven't. What does John mean? Is there more of God for me? If so, how do I get the "fullness" of God?
