Wall Mounted
This wall-mounted Dust Collector is designed to capture dust right at the source, eliminating the reduced efficiency of a duct system. With 537 CFM capacity, it will handle just about any hungry woodworking machine, and without a complicated duct system, static pressure loss is minimal. A simple wall-mount bracket and locking screw system ensures you'll be safely up and running in no time!

Nothing beats the convenience of this wall-mounted Dust Collector and the efficiency of the large surface area, pleated filter with internal paddle brushes. Whenever efficiency is being diminished due to dust cake, just a couple of turns of the handle rotates the paddle brushes against the inside of the filter to drop the fine dust cake into the plastic collection bag. It's as easy as that!

You have many choices regarding dust collection ducting, but flexible hose is the most common for this size of machine. Flexible rubber hose, polyethylene, plastic flex-hose and other flexible ribbed hose is generally used for short runs. These are manufactured from materials such as polyethylene, PVC, cloth hose dipped in rubber and even metal, including steel and aluminum. If using flex-hose, you should choose one of the many types that are designed specifically for the movement of solid particles, such as wood dust.

Review : if There is a 100 character limit tell me st the outset! This is an excellent unit

"I use the product on my 10” table saw. The saw is made with a dust extraction system but uses a 2.25” diameter pipe which reduces the efficiency of the 4” Shop Fox.
I use the saw/dust collector combo with a wireless remote. I mounted the switch directly beside the saw on/off switch so that I can start the vac before the saw. By the time I direct my attention back to the saw the vac is up to speed and ready to go."

Review : Coupled with an Oneida Dust Deputy

I was a bit apprehensive this unit would provide enough suction but it works great. My Dewalt 13" planer is coupled to it with at least 20' of 4" drain pipe. Keep the inside of your piping smooth wherever possible to keep suction up. 4" aluminum vent pipe is used between the dust deputy and the vacuum with no extra fittings needed. You will notice in the video, the bag isn't even attached to the vacuum yet nothing is coming out of the vacuum vent. The dust deputy is taking care of all wood chips. I'm sure the bin will fill up quickly when planing lots of wood but that is not the primary function of this planer anyway. It's mainly for smaller jobs. The vacuum is also set up to handle dust collection from a 10" bandsaw, router table, downdraft table and other portable sanders/equipment.
