Working on the business and not in the business is extremely important.

Theres a difference between abdication and delegation.

Abdicating is giving it to someone since you don’t want to do it and having them just figure it out.

Delegation is training someone how to do it, setting expectations and empowering them to figure things out to align across a common vision you have for your business and your customers.

Once you delegate they have complete control and responsibility and it's your job to empower and TRUST YOUR TEAM!

Learning the difference between the two and embodying takes time but is a learned skill set to help you go from Good to Great!
