[자유 파시즘] 자유를 빙자한 파시즘

다보스 포럼 회장 클라우스 슈왑은 주주 자본주의 즉 기업파시즘 주창자였다. 현재, 월가 투자금융 대변인 조지 소로스나 빅파르마의 대변인 빌 게이츠, 그리고 회원 수가 가장 많은 빅테크 CEO들이 다보스 파시스트 집단을 주도하고 있다. 2018년에 이미 세계화 4.0을 제시, 세계정부를 향해 달려가고 있다.

리차드 볼드윈에 따르면, 세계화 1.0이라면 민족국가끼리 서로의 경제를 흡수해 왔던 제국주의 시대를 말한다. 주도 세력은 대영제국이었지만 승자는 미국이었다. 세계화 2.0이라면 세계를 최소한 2블록으로 나누었던 냉전을 말하고 세계화 관리자는 UN(FAO, ILO) 특히 IMF, World Bank, WTO 등이었다. 세계화 3.0이라면 1980년대부터 시작된 공장 해외이전, 금융규제철폐, FTA, 첨단기술의 선진국 집중화이다. 신자유주의적 세계화의 주도자는 월가였으며 다보스 포럼이 바통을 이어받았다. 다보스 포럼이 주도하는 세계화 4.0은 디지털 네트워크 작업을 통한 무인 서비스 개혁을 말한다. 무인 서비스란 디지털 화폐, 로봇 & 드론 서비스, 5G 커뮤니케이션, 인공지능과 사물인터넷, 바이오 변형 인간 서비스 등을 말한다. 세계화 4.0을 가속화하기 위하여 다보스 집단은 2020년 코비드 19라는 세계정부 경영의 첫 실험을 만들어 내었다. 금융-실물 경제의 전산 디지털화, OECD 정부의 종속성 확인, 빅테크와 제약회사의 세계 GDP 장악 등 성과는 얻었지만, 전반적으로는 실패할 것으로 보인다. 어째서 그러한가?([세비라: 세계정부로 가는 길 4] 참고)
