Sony Is Paying Developers to Keep Their Games off Game Pass??

According to Microsoft, Sony may be paying game developers not to add their games to Xbox Game Pass, in response to criticisms of its acquisition. A variety of governments around the world must be convinced that Xbox's acquisition of Candy Crush, Diablo, and Call of Duty does not constitute antitrust behavior as Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard nears completion. As part of this acquisition, Microsoft is sending over documents to relevant governing bodies that have proven particularly intriguing. In a submission to the Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), Microsoft makes an interesting and surprising comment on the state of the industry. Justifying Xbox's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, the document claims that Sony is participating in blocking titles from launching on Game Pass by paying developers off.
