So if they find that you all have committed too many violations within too short a period, you all could be gone and the secretary of state's office and the state election board could put a single person in to run the elections in Cherokee County. So when I look at those kinds of risks, I ask myself, how can you conduct an audit, which will not expose you to these risks? The answer I come up with is, ‘well conduct the same audit you conducted in July,'"
