‘I had been meditating on the concept of emptiness, and asking myself what that meant. I walked out of the house and I was able to feel it deeply. I realized that I was the same as the tree, I wasn’t less than the tree, or more than. I had an equal placement and equal status. Everything moved around and within me. If I took a step forward it opened a whole new set of options. Unity consciousness to me is this idea of non-duality or the idea that nothing has substance on its own, and everything is dependent on everything else.’

ON WEALTH
‘I’ve never been money conscious. I’ve always worked on the spiritual side, the happiness, and gaining confidence. To me, that’s very much what wealth is, on one level. But, you know, you’ve got to earn some money. So wealth includes being able to pay our bills and not sweat it. There can’t be anxiety around our money.’
