I got a great night of sleep in, and felt pretty good today. My goal was to do at least get three reps, which would already net me a rep pr, and I felt 110 percent confident that I could hit that. Five reps was my absolute highest hopes, but I was not holding my breath on getting it/going for it. However, before I knew it, I had already hit four reps and I felt like a fifth could have been there, despite the fourth being naturally a bit grindy. I briefly contemplated racking it, but I felt fairly confident I could get one last rep in, so I WENT FOR IT. I am super stoked over how well it went, with this being nearly TRIPLE my previous rep record with this weight. The training is paying off, fellas! 80 Kgs is ON THE HORIZON! 🤟🏻
