Electrified Floor Bkgd loop

DoepferMS-404 - not sure exactly what that is?
It sounded sort of like electricity so I might use it for the electrified hallway path... link triggers 0 and 7 so if sprites coincide non zero = toast cutscene
I may use something else? Who knows...
Want to make sure to have enough incidental stuff so I can have more than a single choice.
