Justin Castro continues the COVID-1984 fear campaign telling Canadians they must get up to date boosters in order to prevent 'problematic' restrictions because it's the 'government's job' to keep everybody 'safe':

"If we are able to hit that 80-85-90% of Canadians up to date in their vacconations, we'll have a much better winter with much less need for the kinds of restrictions and rules that were so problematic for everyone over the past years."

Translation: "We are going to make numbers up and bring back restrictions and rules regardless of your status because we are the government and hate you all."
