Russian oil Chairman 'falls out of window' same day Putin visits his hospital

Another top Russian oil executive dies, this time the same day Putin visited the hospital the Chairman of Lukoik, Ravil Maganov, was in. Some sources are saying the Chairman of Lukoil died by 'falling out of a 6th story window', and another says he 'died of an illness.'

The death comes a week after Lukoil broke with Putin on the Ukraine war and called for a ceasefire. Eight top Russian energy executives have died this year.
