Hosts Michael Kadrie and Mark Anthony talk about Mark's upcoming new EP "Just Me (And Hopefully You)", NOW streaming everywhere. They also discuss the news about Ozzy Osbourne moving back to the UK. The two discuss why there are so many bands that used to write hit songs but seem to have lost that magic touch when it comes to putting out new material.
Michael then has the pleasure of interviewing Ricky Phillips - bass player for Styx and former bass player of Bad English and The Babys. Ricky talks about joining Styx and being a member for the last 20 years. What goes into writing new material and making sure they keep that "Styx" sound while trying to break new ground. Ricky also talks about the importance of keeping his voice strong during the tour and how Tommy Shaw has helped him in that regard. Michael also puts Ricky on the spot with a few "what-if" questions and also how important Styx' song Renegade has been to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
