This is the hardest of the Fitmart series and will flat wear you out. We challange you to compare this to Tony Horton's Plyometrics DVD. It is shorter but more intense. It combines cardio and core in this non stop tabata workout. Tabata consists of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. We do 6 circuits of 8 exercises for total of 30 minutes of pure heck.
