Current Situation
There is a lack of inspiration due to hyper-focusing to the point of narrowmindedness that blocks out anything other that what is ordained to be possible. But there is a strong focused drive within the country to press onward.

Underlying Energy
Naivete and lack of experience leading to a sense of foolishness. They hyper-focusing keeps them looking at the negative aspects of their situation instead of looking for positives. But they have strength to carry on.

Energy of Upcoming Future
Cultural upset that is unable to be managed by the government. They are still unable to draw their focus away from what they are obsessing over. But people will start communicating with each other. Possible cultural exchanges in both domestic and foreign spheres.

Government Situation
They are very organized and methodical, so logistically very sound. This also means that they tend to repeatedly do the same thing. They are starting to engage with the people.

Civilian Situation
They have seen what happened and learned from it, what happened in the past has caused them to draw up stronger boundaries and be more careful with discernment. However, they are jumping into things rather recklessly right now.

I think that when people are sick of monotony and unaddressed civilian & public policy issues, they take action.
