Dr. Erich Jarvis explains to Dr. Andrew Huberman how our biology keeps us juvenile for continued learning as adults.

Dr. Erich Jarvis is an American professor at The Rockefeller University. He leads a team of researchers who study the neurobiology of vocal learning, a critical behavioural substrate for spoken language. The animal models he studies include songbirds, parrots, and hummingbirds.

Dr. Andrew Huberman is a Professor of Neuroscience at Stanford University and has his own podcast - The Huberman Lab Podcast, with over 1m subscribers.
