Tomatoes are such a versatile fruit that we eat like a vegetable!

While making this video, I got hungry and had to make some scrumptious tomato sandwiches using freshly-picked tomatoes from my backyard garden.

The kitchen turns into a pasta sauce production line!

Tomatoes are wonderful to eat fresh, cooked, baked and preserved via dehydration, canning and frozen.
