In a brilliant move, Mayor of Jackson, Mississippi, Chokwe Antar Lumumba, has created an incredible economic opportunity for its citizens. By failing to maintain its largest water treatment plant and not providing any alternatives, he has caused a build up of human excrement that can now be turned into a manure cash crop worth billions!
