It's not rich people leaving the US, its people that can't afford medical insurance. Medical services cost less in places like Mexico, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam begging the question is there really a need for insurance when you travel or stay long term? Why is the US not looking at sending people to these other countries for Medical attention?
