Good seed, harvest wheat. (Matthew 13:36-43)

Matthew 12:30 was the one I was looking for: “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me." I don't see it as a call to cower but as an invitation to do life a little differently; I mean if we believe what is in the text, why would we want to act outside of the love we are shone by The ONE who died in our place, bridging the distance we never could, giving new strength and deeper hope and understanding, Isaiah 40:31, kind of living. That's the invitation, to live in HIS Kingdom. Is everyone going to want to, I don't know, probably not. Do I know they will have no clue which to pick if we don't let our lives shine like cities on a hill.

Let's live the mercy we are shone and live forgiving as we want to be forgiven, living forward the mercy that we (really) don't deserve.
