Episode 47

Location: Mountain Lake
Bait: Spinners and Rapala Original

Got up to a mountain lake this time. The lake is full of Westslope Cutthroat Trout. I started off with a Panther Spinner. I soon shifted to the Rapala Original which was the winning lure. I caught both fish on this lure and was the only one in my group to catch 2 fish. The first was the largest and had the most beautiful colors and pattern. The second was barely large enough to be legal. I released both since we were only on a day trip and had no intention of keeping them.
