Making the Chanel Jacket #-4 Sleeves! Assembling, quilting, interfacing and trimming!

I am using the book COUTURE SEWING, The Couture Cardigan Jacket, Secrets from a Chanel collector by Claire Shaeffer and I highly recommend that if you want to create this jacket you purchase the book. I am also using the Vogue 8804 pattern, which is also by Claire Shaeffer. I have modified the pattern to fit my needs as far as length and fitting issues. As I strive to follow Claire’s guidance in spirit, I do go on my own as far as technique.

Hello and Welcome to the 4th episode of this saga. Making a Chanel Jacket using Vogue 8804 pattern. These sleeves have a life of their own and are every bit as complicated as the jacket bodice. I ran into a few pattern issues, and had to make another executive decision on buttons. One step closer to completion!
