FAA Memo To Boeing States That Boeing Continues To Hire Unqualified Engineers For FAA Inspections

The FAA has discovered that since many of Boeing's qualified engineers and inspectors have retired they are now hiring under-qualified replacements. Now the FAA will take a greater role in overseeing that process.
