Nord Stream 1 down due to oil leak and no spare turbines...thanks to sanctions

The Nord Stream 1 pipeline had to remain down due to the fact that the one working turbine was found to have an oil leak. Siemens is working with Russia in an attempt to get the turbine back up and running. However, there is no available workshop to take the turbine to for repairs, especially because of the sanctions.
