:- Lat Pulldown Form Advice! On lat pulldowns use a 1.5x shoulder width grip instead of using the widest grip possible. Q This will only reduce your range of motion. Also pull the bar towards your upper chest instead of pilking towards your belly, this will cause shoulder flexion.
