ANTIQUES VS FAKES! | SHOP ALONG | ANTIQUES & VINTAGE | RESELLER

Looking for fresh finds in the mountains of North Georgia, we pull off into a town we’ve never seen. Will our quest for antique & vintage goodness be a success?

We start first at a shop having huge discounts, 70% off everything! But why? Inquiring minds want to know. A quick look around reveals a lot of the ordinary, but a few deals are to be had in this shop renovation sale.

Around the corner, we chance upon another antique center, where lavish and luxurious interior decor is the emphasis. Golden corbels, a fabulous antique French clock set and colorful stained glass dwell among the mostly vintage and mainly impressive choices for antique decorators here…but can we find anything for resale?

Our third stop says it’s an antique/vintage market based on Pinterest…but what does that mean in reality? Can you have a vintage showroom with all new items? How many antiques does it take to claim to be an “antique market”?

That leaves us wanting more, so up the road we go to Grumpy’s, another different kind of antique mall…but this one is full of vintage items! It’s also full of holiday sales and big discounts. What reseller buys will we find here?
