The organized residents of Grant Manor, along with the United Front
Against Displacement, will be holding a press conference prior to
elections for the Grant Manor tenant board. In this conference we will
expose the crimes committed by the current tenant board at Grant Manor,
encourage residents to vote against the individuals currently on the
board, and promote the spirit of struggle that all residents of
subsidized housing across the city should take up in order to resist
their property managers and corrupt tenant boards that are intentionally
neglecting their buildings with the hopes of selling them off .
