"Bought this saw to cut & notch 6x6 posts... worked perfectly for this task. Motor provides plenty of torque to cut heavy timber without any difficulty. Tilt and bevel settings are very accurate for a big worm drive framing saw. It’s very heavy which helps hold a straight line and provide plenty of inertia while cutting.
