85HP Force outboard motor low on compression. Why? Can we save it? 1988 Larson Citation DC-150

Its that time of year again, boats are on sale and I had to have this one. I'm in love with the boat, but the motor is less than impressive at the moment. These old force outboards don't have a great reputation. Lets see if we can squeeze a little more life out of this one.
