Why did America entertainment make a American version of Sailor Moon?
because they thought that the American people would not enjoy something that was not made in America
Which is absolutely false
You and I both know that, if the original sailor moon would have just aired in American television with English dubs, it would have done incredibly well.
Then again, it was 1994 before the anime boom so we can forgive them.
