The holidays are here, and we are definitely in a festive spirit. In 2021, we've made new friends, been able to see and spend time with old ones, and overall tried to get back to normal. One of the great things about friends around this time of year is exchanging gifts, and we have two amazing ones here from Jay of Square Pegs and Thor c.

I had recently sent Jay a set of three Super Mario Game tin signs. I was looking at them for myself for the new game room, but kind of wanted another opinion before I pulled the trigger and put them in my game room. Jay has been working very hard this year, having surpassed first 1000, and soon to be 1500, subscribers. I always like to see good people succeed, I wanted to give him a little gift to reward all his hard work. Well, unbeknownst to me, Jay returned the favor. Knowing my love for the Milwaukee Brewers, he sent me a tin sign featuring Barrel Man, one of the first mascots for my Milwaukee Brewers. It looks retro, distressed, and amazing. Thank you, my friend! And check out the video where he unboxed the signs I sent him at https://youtu.be/d8noaseIvgc?t=1144

If you have seen John Riggs' videos where he has the large Super Nintendo would sign behind him, that was made by a friend of his named Thor C. Thor is an accomplished 3D printer and woodworker, and I have the chance to meet and hang out with him at the Midwest Gaming Classic back in Milwaukee. Thor offered to make everyone in our little group some laser etch signs, and the one that he did for me looks amazing. He also did one for Jay from Square Pegs, I believe Kris at GameDad and a few others. He shared the video with me on how it actually printed, and it's actually really neat to see.
