Ring of Refined Magic gives me the best results here.

Legend effect on soul shackle rune, "Reduces cooldown when enemies die on soul shackle", is a necessity for scoring.

Cast speed helps alot here as well so having x2 cast speed on Water Blessing rune would be very beneficial. Skill cast priority isn't that important here so auto cast with confidence.

Try to stay on the boss as often as possible for optimal kills on soul shackle.
