An asset puts money in your pocket. A liability takes money out of your pocket.

The simple definition of a fake asset is one that promises to make us richer but in actuality robs us blind. We need three things:

What will make it successful?

Explain both the positive and negative aspects of the investment. Why is it unique and what are the advantages of your investment for the investor?
