Excerpt of the upcoming Part 2 of the Officer Depositions in the Sargent Case. Sometimes circumstantial evidence can be more powerful than direct testimonial evidence from a witness. For example, footprints in the snow . . . . Or, blood on the knuckles.

FYI, Part 2 is ready, but I’m on attempt no. 3 in YT’s review process. I cut out all video overlays and they still keep restricting a video of (literally) two guys talking in a courtroom. 🤯
