New ATF Document Reveals Gun Owners Who Own 'Pistol Braces' Could Be Forced To Register

To facilitate the banning and registration of millions of pistols, the Biden Administration is updating the form necessary to make and register a National Firearms Act (NFA) firearm, otherwise known as ATF Form 1.

The Biden Administration has begun describing its rule as an “Amnesty Registration” for pistols.

Apparently, gun owners will be required to submit photo documentation that they possessed an illegal firearm in need of registration.
