Octominer 12 GPU Slow Fan Speeds? Testing 5200RPM vs 3200RPM

Octominer stock fans are slow. They are only running at 3200 RPM. We bought some 5200rpm fans to test the difference. Will this keep our gpus cooler? Or would there be no difference?
