I was feelin' pretty good today, despite the disappointing bench session, yesterday! I think I could have grinded out at least a couple more reps here, but I was definitely getting fatigued, and I had already tripled my prescribed reps for this week, and snagged a rep PR in the process. So I figured I would conrain my ego, and save a bit in the tank, to better aid in recovery (I definitely was reaaaally considering going for a tenth rep though, hahaha).
