A fun day Making Apple Jelly with Angie from MiAnU Acres. I hope you enjoy this small clip of us Canadian homesteaders spending time in the kitchen making apple jelly! We made apple Jelly today using bulk apples, however you can make jelly using just the scraps, such as the core and skins. We left all the whole apple and just sliced them up to boil down, strain and make jelly! Its super easy and fun...but don't over do it or you'll have APPLE CANDY!
