There are a lot of ways to replace a head gasket. I am going to show you one that is commonly used at the race track. We also compare head gaskets between b21 and b230,( two major differences) and highlight some tricks on replacing the oil pan gasket. Today we use the lower budget method, to replace the head gasket, but it's tried and true. You may be surprised in the method of assembly, and how simple it really is.

We are building a b21/b230 Frankenstein engine for the 1982 242 dl. We are turbo charging it and fuel infecting it. It Should be a nasty little sleeper! So subscribe now to see what this thing will do when we get finished with it. Because at Turbo World we fix things to last longer and go faster!
