Dolaskom sudskog izvršitelja i stranaka u sporu započeo oćevid u bivšem prostoru DVD-a Supetar. U postupku je ovrha prostora DVD-a Supetar i boćalista koji su prema pravomoćnoj presudi Županijskog suda u Splitu u vlasništvu Svpertvs hotela. Gradonačelnica Ivana Marković o ovrsi.
