Hello, this is Josh Dream body clinic. You're going to see a video now of a patient with bad ankles. They're just really damaged a lot of arthritis, a lot of swelling. In fact, the patient didn't even know exactly what was causing all the swelling. We thought maybe they got diabetes, something like that. When we checked the blood work, which is something we do for every patient, we do a full blood panel and an MRI, it wasn't. It was just a lot of synovial fluid buildup in the ankle’s compression damage over years and years of just injuries on the ankles, a lot of cartilage damage, which is arthritis. Ligaments and tendons that were just, they weren't mostly like hyperextended, it looked like from the MRI. So, a lot of damage going on. And fortunately, it came to us because it's not a lot they can do for you in the states with that, it wasn't to a point where any sort of surgery was needed. It wasn't to a point where, you know, like there, there was really anything that could do.
The worst part is the doctors int the states just wanting to keep prescribing more and more painkillers, different. And that creates a whole new issue because then the person gets addicted to those and it feels like they can't live without them. And it caused a lot of health problems, just a spiraling slope that we see with more and more people.
And the ankles are important. I need them to, why is you age? If you lose mobility, the chances of regaining that mobility are slim to none, the traditional methods they have in the United States and some, they don't talk. Yeah, they want to act like all their medicines so safe and you have the perfect protocols, but the number three cause of death in the United States is doctors prescribing for wrong things.
I mean, it's, it's scary to think about, it's not quite what you're thinking. Fortunately, here in Mexico, where we're at, we have an advantage. We can cultivate in a second will stem cell something they're not allowed to do in the us. And it has nothing to do with the science has nothing to do with that.
The big thing is it's coming down to money. Big pharma does not like the idea of you not needing their pills. And unfortunately, the whole medical system is kind of built around that. And you've got the fact that surgeons like to cut. You know, if they've got an opportunity to do a surgery, they're going to do it in stem cells that can prevent that in most cases, if something's not completely torn, it's just a lot of inflammation and damage.
They are the ticket, they target inflammation. So, in the case of this. All of that swelling, all that synovial fluid, all that damaged cartilage loss, all of it is different forms of inflammation. So, the stem cells are attracted to that and we're putting them in right at the area. They don't even have to be directly to the area.
If they're even close, they will get there. But going directly to the ankle, they're going to spread out throughout the ankle and foot target that inflammation. And they're going to act like the managers on the construction site. Like you go there and take care of that fibrosis. You clean up that you rebuild.
Then they're issuing commands. They send out what are called exosomes. They're almost like a single payload delivery missile, right? To the site. That's loaded with a cytokine, with a chemokine with a trophic factor, all the different signals that are needed to tell the immune system what to do. And you would think, well, if your body already has this, which it does, why isn't it doing it?
The normal healing process can't get past there. And that's a problem too, when you don't have as many MSCs white blood cells rush to the area and they can only heal. You have fibrosis, which is scar tissue, and it's just like a block it's like throwing cement on level surface, and then expecting someone to go like, you know, roller skate across it.
