Relaxation & Sleep Audio Therapy - Original Content Of Sapling Grove Creek

This is a video I put together to help insomniacs fall asleep easier and to stay asleep at night. It can also be used for just simple relaxation times. This video footage is original, as I went to the Sapling Grove Park in Overland Park, Kansas, and ventured down into the creek area to capture the content. You can hear a few suburb sounds, like a dog barking, or children playing or someone mowing their lawn. I'll have to find a better remote location in the future if I want to get rid of all city noise. Just be patient, more original content to come!
