Anything you do even in a small business matters. If you slip on a banana peel and hit your head, You cannot speak for yourself. Maybe for a week, maybe for a month. You need to have papers in order so that someone,
if you trust, perhaps a partner or a spouse. Make it legal, definitely be an LLC at the very least, and have a person you appoint as your follow-up when you are. They didn't even do it in the government. When the president, was just diagnosed with COVID this morning. If he has to go to the hospital for anything, The vice president takes over temporary powers till he's well. That's exactly what you need. I mean, they're wonderful names, but they come with real duties. In case of so and so will handle all things financial. In case of, this is the lease, and this is the landlord's name. It seems overwhelming, but I am speaking to small business owners, not a multifaceted corporation. So anytime you institute a new procedure, Yeah. Like, this is a good idea. This makes things smooth. Make a copy of whatever you have in your head and put it in a binder for safekeeping. Eventually, it will become your Standard Operating Procedures manual. I know it goes back to the dark ages when everybody had hard copies of things. But in a hurry, your brain, your helper's brain, might not remember passwords. So to reach for a binder, that's either screaming yellow, zonker yellow or highway orange, that's what they need because it's one less thing and it's quicker to grab a binder. So and you don't have to panic or anything tonight. Just think of the things that you do on a daily basis. It's a matter of containing everything in one place. However, we file we've got lots of lovely files for lots of lovely things. Put them in one place.
